Our principal consultant designed program strategy,
communication plans, established metrics and was
responsible for managing the $125M Naval Contract
for the utility. ISSR/SSR reporting through ESRS
and the oversight of contract modifications and
negotiations were handled as well as interpretation
of FAR and DFAR regulations.
Developed and wrote the
initial and final stage RFP
for a $4M construction project for local county
government agency. Our firm was responsible for
the development of the statement of works, the
justification of MBE/DBE goals, subcontractor plan
reporting requirements, past performance, cost
proposals, and submission requirements.

Developed and implemented an
MBE certification program for a
local Maryland Small Business
Development Center. The firm was
responsible for the client intake,
application assistance, interpretation and application
of state MBE regulations, and the evaluation and
reporting of the program.
Completed a Lean Six Sigma assessment for
Veteran’s Affairs Compensation Services Training
Division. Developed and implemented policy and
procedural process improvement.
