 Troubleshooting of the various Configuration and upgrade related issues like call drop,
DB errors, Hardware Failure & CDRs etc.
 SS7 Link Administration, Tariff Administration, Voucher Management System.
 IN System commissioning: Support for the commissioning of the New IN System and
been a part of the UAT team for the acceptance testing after the commissioning of the
IN System (UNIX/SOLARIS/Linux Based server).
 Technical Support System: Providing technical support to customer care division, Back
Office, 1st Level Assurance.
 Analyzing the issue present at customer sites along with Preventive maintenance
activities to avoid any problems during upgrades and patch load activities.
 Involved in regular activities of Software Configuration.
 Maintaining software cycle of IN nodes and O&M for Ericsson IN.
