Orange Business Services:-
CPT-DSL Change & Release Management since, September 2015:
CPT: Configuration, Provisioning, and Testing – DSL Group
- Accountable for new implementation orders for Customers.
- Technical Data Validation for New Additions (DSL connections, Network Boost (Ipanema),
GRF Gateways, and Managed Ethernet Links)
- Perform Meshing and Backbone Basic Configuration for all DSL connections (IKEv2, IKEv1,
Layer 2, Layer 3 L2TP, and Layer 3 Flat IP) or 3G/4G new additions.
- Create Router Basic-Final Configuration for all CISCO/JUNIPER Routers DSL or 3G/4G.
- Performing Tests and activation for new router installment with Field Engineers during
Intervention.
- Troubleshooting Configuration issues and informing the concerned entity about service
provider configuration settings.
- Maintaining Order Responsibility and making sure everything is moving as planned.
- Assist in Coordinating Projects for new installations and supervise their technicality.
