private sector clients around the world with their needs assessment, conceptual design,
specifications, project and program management.
Project Scheduler
Logistical coordinator for state-wide public safety project with the Michigan Public Safety
Communications System. Provided metric reports, process improvement strategies, inventory reports
on ~63k radios distributed across 7k vendors and agencies to ensure project success.
SPARROW HEALTH SYSTEMS  Lansing, MI  2005
Health Management Intern
Consulted  2004 on a $9 million SAMSHA grant. Grant sought to establish a coordinated system of
care for children with serious emotional disturbances that integrates the courts, FIA, schools, CMH
and other service providers. The grant utilized established successful programs such as Single- Door
and Wrap Around and added to them a 24 hour crisis center, a transitional group home and intensive
day treatment.
MICHIGAN STATE SENATE  Lansing, MI  1992-02
 Multiple positions of increasing responsibility including Constituent Relations Specialist
and Information System Development Specialist. Responsibilities included providing constituent
support services, the development of web pages linking multiple sites, maintenance of
databases, and supervision of interns and office aides.

Responsible for financial reporting, grant reporting, payroll, audit preparation, financial committee
