thirteen clinical and non-clinical staff.

A global telecommunications engineering and consulting firm. RCC works with public and

Logistical coordinator for state-wide public safety project with the Michigan Public Safety
Communications System. Provided metric reports, process improvement strategies, inventory reports
on ~63k radios distributed across 7k vendors and agencies to ensure project success.
SPARROW HEALTH SYSTEMS Lansing, MI 2005
Health Management Intern
Consulted 2004 on a $9 million SAMSHA grant. Grant sought to establish a coordinated system of
care for children with serious emotional disturbances that integrates the courts, FIA, schools, CMH
and other service providers. The grant utilized established successful programs such as Single- Door
and Wrap Around and added to them a 24 hour crisis center, a transitional group home and intensive
day treatment.
MICHIGAN STATE SENATE Lansing, MI 1992-02
Multiple positions of increasing responsibility including Constituent Relations Specialist
and Information System Development Specialist. Responsibilities included providing constituent
support services, the development of web pages linking multiple sites, maintenance of
