1. C7 Contractors – formally C7 decorators
C7 Decorators were formed in 1997 by Company Secretary, Cyfan Thomas, who was
joined by sons Justin and Jason in 1998. Initially the company provided a painting and
decorating service to Tarmac Contract Housing.
As the business expanded, C7 started to work for other main contactors, and now carry
out multi trade repairs and maintenance, pre paint repairs and painting and decorating.
The current turnover is around £2 million p.a. with a staff and workforce of 35. The
company’s goal is to continue to grow the business offering multi trade services to
existing main contractors, attracting new clients such as other social housing providers
and other Local Authorities, whilst still endeavouring to achieve continual improvement
through a partnering ethos.
C7 currently carry out tiling, plastering and major repair works, including concrete floors,
floor screeding, structural works, new drainage, carpentry works, external paving and

required objectives of the budget, the deadline and quality.
