Objective: To work with an International Company, in more challenging and rewarding roles, to
further utilize and develop my skills in commerce/operations, projects management and the
preparation, negotiation and administration of complex contracts/bidding documents per Vietnam
Laws and international standards such as World Bank, FIDIC, Asian Development Bank, and Official
Development Assistant.
Achievements:
• Assistant to General Director of Dai Dung Metallic Manufacture Construction and Trade
Corporation to handle day-to-day issues and Bidding Department Manager.
• Prepared and issued contracts/proposals for Seahorse Corporation to provide oil and other
industries clients with spare parts/materials and equipment to perform work requirements.
• Supervised and encouraged project coordinator(s) under management to complete clients’
jobs/projects effectively.
• Prepared and issued contracts/bidding documents for the Block B – O Mon Project (1 Billion USD
National Project). Prepared contracts/bidding documents ranging from one million $USD to five
million $USD.
• Performed Contracts/Bidding Team Leader role for administering Companies contracts and bidding
documents.
• Assisted Project Management in developing contract/bidding strategies.
• Translated Contracts/bidding documents, correspondences, legal documents and others from
Vietnamese to English and vice versa.
Experience Summary:
For the past 12 years I have filled increasingly more responsible Operations/Commercial Manager and
Bidding & Contracts Team Leader roles in bidding documents/contracts preparation, and as an
Operational/Commercial Manager and Contract Team Leader of onshore and offshore
operations/contracts which I prepared as well as for onshore and offshore operations/contracts that
others have prepared. In my current role I am an Assistant to General Director and hold concurrently
the position of Bidding Department Manager.

Reponsibilites: • Combined and supported all Heads of Departments to achieve the company
objectives under Chairman’s and CEO’s direction and ensured Chairman’s
and CEO's direction is correctly and timely made.
• Attended daily, weekly and monthly meetings among Departments to
solve outstanding problems and to submit to Chairman and CEO and then
accelerated Departments to perform their tasks assigned at meetings.
• Compiled materials to make weekly reports concerning activities during
weeks to submit to Chairman and CEO for review.
• Prepared proposals and quotation for projects upon request.
• Assisted Chairman and CEO in operating company and other tasks from
time to time assigned by upper management.

Responsibilities: • Management of pre-tendering, contract preparation and negotiation, and post
award documentation.
• Prepared tender packages for the project, including Route Survey Contractor
for both onshore and offshore, Front End Engineering Design (“FEED”)
contract, Certification Services (“CA”), Project Management Consultancy
(“PMC”) Engineering Procurement Construction (“EPC”) contract and others.
• Evaluated and provided commercial recommendation for contracts/bidding
documents.
