Objective: To work with an International Company, in more challenging and rewarding roles, to
further utilize and develop my skills in commerce/operations, projects management and the

National Project). Prepared contracts/bidding documents ranging from one million $USD to five
million $USD.

Vietnamese to English and vice versa.
Experience Summary:
For the past 12 years I have filled increasingly more responsible Operations/Commercial Manager and
Bidding & Contracts Team Leader roles in bidding documents/contracts preparation, and as an
Operational/Commercial Manager and Contract Team Leader of onshore and offshore
operations/contracts which I prepared as well as for onshore and offshore operations/contracts that
others have prepared. In my current role I am an Assistant to General Director and hold concurrently
the position of Bidding Department Manager.

solve outstanding problems and to submit to Chairman and CEO and then

Responsibilities: • Management of pre-tendering, contract preparation and negotiation, and post
award documentation.
• Prepared tender packages for the project, including Route Survey Contractor
for both onshore and offshore, Front End Engineering Design (“FEED”)
contract, Certification Services (“CA”), Project Management Consultancy
(“PMC”) Engineering Procurement Construction (“EPC”) contract and others.
• Evaluated and provided commercial recommendation for contracts/bidding
documents.

• Reviewed Terms and Conditions of all contract documents to ensure that they
are in compliance with the Vietnamese Tendering and Construction laws as
well as FIDIC, World Bank, Asian Development Bank and Official
