Senior Graphic Designer

creative strategies and designs for companies throughout
northern Utah and for Carr Printing Divisions. Track and
implement emerging trends in printing technologies, content

library. Design/created logos and other related materials for
various businesses throughout Northern Utah. Responsible in the
increase sales and of printed materials and the overall
awareness of Bell Printing and Design.
Weber State University 1999-2002
Marketing/Program Coordinator
Responsible for developing, supporting and creating marketing
materials for WSU’s brand in a collaborative environment.
Managed a staff of 20 in the area of programming and special
events. Represented the housing department in meetings with
the executive administration/staff and external visitors to
promote the housing department objectives. Organized,
planned and budgeted educational, social, and business
activities for the housing department. Scheduled and made
arrangements for meetings, conferences and seminars both
internally and externally.
Walt Disney Company/DIC Ent. 1996-1999
Executive Assistant-Licensing & Merchandising
Proven track record in an Executive-facing role and have
project experience in working with teams on large scale,
long-term projects. Reviewed product submission, served as
primary contact for all creative approvals and licensee’s
contracts. Created and coordinated all merchandise and
related materials for visual display, exhibits and trade shows.
Worked with the legal department to insure that all branding
issues were resolved. Primary contact for the office for all inquiries
on branding, merchandise, and liaison between executive
personnel. Scheduled all travel arrangements for executive team
and itemized travel expenses. Managed day to day offices
duties including: filing, updating data bases, archiving, time
sheets, ordering and tracking supplies, processed mail, shipping
order’s, phone, written interoffice and external communication.
Created internal digital data base to track merchandise and
merchants that streamlined the archival process.
