3. ADMINISTRATIVE VICE
The Administrative Vice President shall perform the following functions:
A. Keep minutes of the meetings of the Assembly and the Governing Body.
B. Ensure timely completion of the work of employees.

case, the resolutions and schedules, newsletters and general agreements, disclose the
general activities.

and / or the Administrative Body.
HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
Develop and implement strategies and tools that will enable the organization to be able
to develop and maintain the best talent to achieve its Vision, Mission and Strategic
Objectives. Position Human Resource Management as a strategic variable.
ASSISTANT AREA
Responsible for leading each area of Human Resources Management, likewise notify
and inform the manager processes and vice president of the company.
5. Payroll Team responsible for all
matters concerning the payment
of wages of employees, payment
of social security disability
payment, personnel management
and recruitment, in addition to
