Eyeball Cupcake Recipe - October 20, 2015
1. Ingredients:
3/4 cups of butter
3 eggs
2 1/2 cups of all purpose flour
1/2 tsp teaspoon of salt
1 and 3/4 cups of sugar
3 tsp teaspoons of vanilla extract
1 and 1/4 cups of milk
2 and 1/2 tsp teaspoons of baking powder
Eyeball Topper:
1 box of white fondant (Bulk Barn)
1 small tube of black, red, and (blue/green/brown)
decorating gel

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Stir together the salt, baking powder and flour.
3. Beat room temperature butter with an electric mixer on high for 30 seconds. Add
sugar and beat until combined. Continue to beat and add the eggs and vanilla.
4. Add part of the flour mixture to the butter mixture. Then add some of the milk and
beat on low. Continue alternating like this until all of the milk and flour mixture
have been added. Mix well. Pour into cupcake liners that have been placed in the
cupcake pans, filling about halfway.
5. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until the cupcakes are golden brown and a toothpick
comes out clean from the centre. Cool for 10-15 minutes before removing from
pans and frosting to prevent the icing from melting (place in refrigerator to help
cool cupcakes quickly).
Preparation: 1 hour
Yield: 12-24 servings
