3. Scope
• Shipco’s In House Trucking Department (IHTD) has grown into our new
Domestic Branch. IHTD has spent years building relationships with the best
asset based local, regional and national LTL and FTL carriers in the North
American market. Now as Shipco Domestic, we’d like to offer that leverage
we have developed to our Freight Forwarder customers through our new
TMS product.

7. Domestic TMS - Logging in
• Go to www.shipco.com
• Click on either the Ocean Freight or Air Freight menu
• Choose ‘Domestic TMS’ and you will reach the TMS ‘Welcome’ screen
• The TMS can be customized with a full Customer wrap according to your
specifications. A link to this can be embedded, eg, on your internal intranet
meaning staff do not need to access it via the Shipco website.
• Click on the green Login button, enter your User Name and Password and
you will enter the TMS ‘Home’ page.
8. Domestic TMS - Getting Started
The easiest way to start the shipment process is to go to ‘Quick Quote’ on the
Home page. Enter in the Origin and Destination zip codes – Click GO and you
start the beginning of the easy TMS 3-step order process!

Step 3 - Summary: Print or Save Shipping Labels and Bill of Lading
9. Domestic TMS - Generate Quotes
• After inputting the required information and any assessorial(s) that would
apply, the TMS Rate Generator will display multiple competitive rate and
service options for local, LTL, Guaranteed Only or FTL if Truck Load is
chosen
• The rate display options are completely customizable right down to the user
level
• Our TMS has a built in NMFC class estimator, customizable address book &
commodity list

10. Domestic TMS - Accessing a Saved Quote
• During Step 1, if you are not ready to make the booking just yet, you have to
option to save the quote. To access a Saved Quote: Go to the ‘Quote History’
menu tab.
• Click on the Shipment ID number to start a New Order from a Saved Quote.
• Click ‘Book Shipment’ to edit the record and begin a new shipment.
• In Edit mode, you can update any of the information from the original quote;
the system requires that you generate a new updated quote in this process.
11. Domestic TMS – Navigating the TMS
• The ‘Shipment History’ menu tab will display your Booked Orders and
give you access to track shipments in the Activity Log. You can add notes
to the Activity log section and Upload Documents in the Shipment
Documents Section.
• The ‘Shipment Documents’ section is where you can access the Inland
Bill of Lading, Labels, or upload attachments that can be emailed, faxed,
printed or downloaded from the TMS.
• Customer Report Section - Reports can be generated containing all
available information and can be customized. You may specify reports by
date range, carrier, shipment type, customer, etc. then download to your
computer in Excel format.
