For a solution to be efficient the
user needs to be clearly able to
define what actions are required.
Bold colours enable to the user to

How to upload my mail
• On Windows : Hybrid installs a virtual
printer on the user’s desktop
• From the browser, the user, drags and
drops the job into Hybrid to creates a new
document
• In batch mode via a command line (Hot
Folder, FTP, …)
• From the browser (« New » or drag and
drop), and command line : Hybrid accepts
the following file formats : PostScript,
Word and PDF…
• From the virtual printer : Hybrid accepts
other file formats (MSOffice, OpenOffice,
LibreOffice…) and converts to PDF.

Add receiver(s)

Output settings
• Settings are pre-defined by the
administrator for every mail type.
• Hybrid generated a job ticket with all
information :
• Print nature : Simplex/Duplex
• Delivery mode : Regular mail or
registered mail
• Settings linked to the mail options
such as parallel archiving, local
duplicates etc…
• All settings are associated with the
mail and send along with the
submission time

Place the address
• Hybrid can analyze the address
format and content.
• The writing zone is dynamic, which
means it will automatically adjust to
the envelope address window.

Overlays and templates
• Central management of forms and
overlays

• Hybrid can directly integrate forms and
overlays in to the mail
• The user can view the final rendering of
his mail on the fly before submitting the
mail to printing
• The complete letter including forms and

the pre printed area

added to the mail either from a central
repository or via a simple drag and drop
function from the user’s desktop.
The user may choose between simplex or
duplex printing of attachments, inserts
etc…. achieving optimal costing and
substantial savings for the organization

Ready to send
Simple mail
When sending a single mail, a simple click
on « SEND » sends the mail to the print
center. The user will find their mail under
completed mails.
Registered mail
In case of urgent or registered mails,
Hybrid is able to handle proofs of
delivery.

Send to multiple recipients
It is possible for the user to send the same mail to various recipients keeping address field customizable. This
functionality is mandatory when sending multiple mailing to customers, dunning letters, informational notes, etc.

thus allowing the users to be self sufficient. Additional support (covered under the maintenance agreement) can be
sort over the phone or via remote access.
