practicability
 We use practicable instead of practical because debate
motions can only be promoted based on whether or not it is
an actual plan

Relates to something not being theoretical Relates to a plan which can be done
Example: Human exploration of intergalactic

Example: Exploring Mars with SpaceX rovers
is practicable
