Introduction to the site
The plot of land that we have chosen upon is an unused
and undeveloped piece of overgrown with weeds land at
Jalan Pandan Mewah 1, 56100 Kuala Lumpur, Selangor.
Moreover, we think about that this plot of land was a really
good area to be developed since it is near to lots of
commercial area, residential area and it is near to
Hospital Ampang.
There are many reasons why we actually choose this site
to develop, but the main reason is because of the prime
location to set up practically anything we wanted to.

PROPOSAL
Introduction :
This is the empty land that I have chosen, Below shows the boundary
line of the land and the measurement .It is located at Jalan Pandan
Mewah 1, 56100 Kuala Lumpur, Selangor
My suggestion is to propose a commercial area based more on food
Rationale :
Since around the area is residential area and nearby the site, there is
a fast food chain restaurant which is Mc Donald. From time to time,
there is a lot of people having their meal there. Mostly family with
children and students/ teenagers.
Community go there due to the short distance.
The one which is in red circle is food area
Site
Benefits of the project to Client:
 Gets more profits from rental fee
Impact of the project:
 Need to hire worker for weekly maintenance
 Trim grass and trees monthly
Benefits of the project to the surrounding community:
 Easier to get food source
 Healthier food
 Few minutes walk to the area
 More opportunity for job to the community
Traffic flow at the site

Having a 2-storey food court and a restaurant will have a variety of
food selection to choose.
There is more space for community to park their cars, ample parking
spaces.
There is also lawn with tree to have a better environment for the
community and also boost the look of the site giving the environment
a comfortable feeling.

  • 29. Introduction : This is the empty land that I have chosen, Below shows the boundary line of the land and the measurement .It is located at Jalan Pandan Mewah 1, 56100 Kuala Lumpur, Selangor My suggestion is to propose a commercial area based more on food Rationale : Since around the area is residential area and nearby the site, there is a fast food chain restaurant which is Mc Donald.
