Suggestionandproposal
I have proposed to build a fitness center. The fitness club is a 3 story building that
contains dance studio and gym. The parking lot is located on the ground floor while
dance room is located on the first floor; gym is located on third floor. Other facilities
such as washroom and locker are equipped as well.
The main propose of this proposal is to bring convenience to the residents nearby.
The residents nearby that area will have easier to access a place to exercise and gym
as well. Moreover, it would not be hard for residents to drop off cause the area is
easy to access.
a. Proposal by: Wong Mei Xin
b. Project name: Subang Jaya Fitness
c. Project code: SJF 0283
d. Type of construction: Commercial and Recreational area
e. Land area: 26,896 Sq.Ft
f. Site location: Jalan SS 19, Ss 19, 40150 Subang Jaya, Selangor.
g. Estimated time of completion: 1 year and 6 months
Rationale
There are many residential areas around this area and not a lot of commercial and
residential area thus the community might find driving out to find a fitness center.
Therefore having a fitness center nearby will decrease the need for them to drive far
and waste their time on traffic.Hence, this empty land has high potential to become
a successful commercial and recreational spot since this area is surrounded by
residential area and it is lacking of recreational area.
Benefits tosurrounding
This project will benefit in following ways:
1. Residents around that area could have found a place for recreational activities
2. Boosts up economic growth of this area
3. Bring convenience to the residents nearby
4. Creates a spot for people to meet ups Residents
5. The buiding of Subang Jaya Fitness can become a landmark for people to identified
6. Rate of healthy of residents might be improved
7. Creates job opportunity
Impact to surrounding
This project might bring impact in following:
1. Safety of the area might be decreased
2. Garbage accumulates around the area due to irresponsible of people
3. Students might escape class and go to the fitness center
4. Air pollution might increase due to the exhaust from incoming vehicles
5. Will causes traffic congestion as the road in front of the road is narrow
6. Sound pollution might increase due to traffic
7. The opposite residents will be influenced by the noises
