Responsibilities
Day to day responsibilities include; answering customer emails, complaints and refund requests. Other duties
include; processing disputes, uploading documents, calling customers back as they request (Click 2 Calls),
and assisting the call center when call volumes spike. Setting up customer accounts, provide instructions on
how to pay a toll bill or disputing charges.
