I was responsible for taking care of three boys ages 5, 7 and 10 during the school year of
2014-2015.My job required me to pick the boys up from school,help them with their
homework,cook them supper and play with them until their mother came home.I also was
required to do simple household chores like dishes,sweep and vacuum floors,take out
garbage,etc. This job experience taught me patience and flexibility. I had to have a flexible
schedule because when the boys got sick or something unexpected happened Ineeded to
be there to help them.

VOLUNTEER WORK I did a lot of volunteer work when I was a part of the National Honor Society in high school.I
also wenton a mission trip to Guatemala in the summer of2011.Throughoutcollege I have
volunteered at many different places including the HarryMeyering Center which is a group
home for adults who need extra assistance.I also volunteered atan after school program
called ProjectGEM in Mankato which encourages children to express themselves with
artwork. In the summer of2015 I volunteered at Feed my Starving Children.
