recommendation for Shavonne Mehaffey. I have known Shavonne for the
past 19 years. Shavonne has so many wonderful qualities. I am the owner
of a home décor store that has been in business for the past 11 years. I have
asked Shavonne on many occasions for extra help in the store as I appreciate
and value her expertise in so many areas. Shavonne is truly a steadfast
leader, yet at the same time a very compassionate person to all people. She
is highly motivated, always focused on setting high expectations and goals
for herself. She handles herself very well under pressure but also
understands when it’s necessary to reach out and ask for help. Shavonne is
quick to recognize what areas of a business could benefit from change and is
knowledgeable in presenting ideas that will offer the company growth. She
