Hello:
My Name is Anhwar Foust. I am the Director of Operations at Smashing Graphics Game
Studios.
It was a pleasure working with Fizzah Sohail. To provide a brief background, I met
Fizzah at a networking event in New Brunswick, New Jersey. I was so impressed by her that I
offered her a marketing intern position. She has been working for my company for six months.
While working with us, I was able to fully observe her work ethics and positive attitude
towards the team. As an individual, Fizzah has proved to be a confident, responsible, and hard-
working employee. In such a short period of time, she raised her status from marketing intern to
marketing manager. Fizzah confidently takes on any challenge I throw at her, even if it means
exploring a field she has no prior knowledge to. Within the working environment, Fizzah
demonstrates professionalism and dedication to all assignments. She has an appropriate sense of
humor that adds flavor in the office during stressful times.
Although I’ve only known Fizzah for a short period of time, I have a strong feeling she
will be very successful in the near future. Her positive attitude and passion for her work
motivated the team to stay on task. The team appreciated her work ethics, and her easygoing
personality made it possible for her to work with anyone. I never had any problems with her. I
valued her opinion when I ask for innovative methods on marketing strategies for the company.
She completes all of her assignments, and assists her teammates so all deadlines can be met. Any
employer would fortunate to have the opportunity to work with Fizzah. Hopefully, you will get
