1. Since 2006 I work as a project manager / interim manager. Through a high level of empathy
and energy I connect people. With my non-standard approach I am self-starting and take
initiative. My natural persuasiveness, positive energy and enthusiasm allow me to connect
people in teams. Humour is part of my daily working day, by which I motivate people.
With a clear, direct, but honest communication style I ensure that the project objective is
achieved together. Nevertheless, because I am able to sense the atmosphere in an
organization, I know how to ‘get things done’.
My open mind results in creative solutions. Extraordinary is that I combine this with my
structured way of working. I never lose the bigger picture but also keep a close watch on the
details. I never break a promise and do what I say and say what I do.
Don’t ask me ‘to mind the store’. I am at my best in a dynamic project environment or in a
transition period.
