Owned by Capability - MS&P works with Capability and CFT’s to
develop the RapidLearn Modules.
Modules are created by MS&P Specialist in the eLearning
program of Lectora & uploaded to RapidLearn.
ALL new NASP employees are required to take and pass the 13
Color Certification Modules within their first year.
Purpose is for new and/or existing employees to gain invaluable
information & selling tools/strategies to drive color.

 Continue to have CC Modules owned by professional with strong
skills in Lectora and RapidLearn programs and eLearning tools.
 Allocate a F/T resource to this work (outsourcing not an option)
