Who should come: Parents and
school children in the Savannah area
Cost of attendance: Free!
What will be available: School supplies, a
health fair, dental screenings, information on
after-school programs and activities, a fashion
show, entertainment and more.
How can businesses and nonprofit organizations support the Expo?
Sponsorship
Financial contributions help purchase the necessary items that each child needs to have a
great start for school. On average parents will have to spend $27 per child, making it
difficult for low-income families with multiple children.
Vendor Booths
Organizations are encouraged to set up a booth providing information and to donate school
supplies. The booth fee is $35 for nonprofit and $75 for all other organizations. Those
wanting to sell goods during this event also pay a $250 fee.
In-Kind Donations
Every donated item will be distributed. Please prepare donations for at least 125 children.

Ready! Set! Go! Back To School is
a collaboration among the IMA, the
Savannah-Chatham County Public
Schools, the City of Savannah,
nonprofit organizations, businesses
and churches.
It began in 2008 as a project of the
Interdenominational Ministerial
Alliance (IMA) to provide school
supplies to youth. The event has
grown from its original mission and
now gives parents school supplies,
information and other resources to
help their children have successful
school year.
