This document is a letter from the St. Viator School Foundation inviting donations and attendance for their 28th Annual Dinner and Auction on November 21, 2015. This year's event will celebrate St. Viator School's 50th anniversary. The foundation uses proceeds from the event to maintain the school's endowment fund, finance improvement projects, and subsidize tuition costs to promote diversity. At the event, the foundation will induct former principal Kathleen Daulton into their Hall of Fame for her 15 years of service and 50 years as a Catholic educator.

Our annual St. Viator School Foundation event is approaching. This is an important year for our students and
families. We are celebrating St. Viator School’s 50th
Anniversary, fifty golden years of excellence in Catholic
education! Please consider making a donation to help ensure the success of our Anniversary Dinner and Auction
on November 21, 2015. You can support our event in many ways:
 Auction Item Donation – We would greatly appreciate a donated item, service, gift certificate, or gift card for
our auction.
 Program Advertising – We welcome business ads, congratulatory ads, or any sponsorship level you may select.
 Bar Sponsorship – Please consider a donation to defray bar expenses during the Silent Auction. Your
contribution will be acknowledged with signage at the event.
 Attendance – Please consider joining us for the event.
 Raffle Tickets – Cash prize of $5,000. Need not be present to win.
 Monetary Donation – We would be grateful for a tax-deductible donation of any amount.
The enclosed information sheet provides further details regarding event support.
Foundation Dinner proceeds maintain St. Viator School’s endowment fund, finance capital improvement projects,
and subsidize student tuition, which encourages students of diverse backgrounds to benefit from Catholic
education.
Each anniversary, the Foundation also recognizes individuals who have demonstrated exceptional service and
dedication to the St. Viator community. In November 2015, to commemorate the school’s 50th
