a. Order shall be placed at Siemens Busduct Factory
b. When ordering please specify the required documents and other condition clearly in
Siemens order form.
3- Payment condition:
i- 30% of the total value contract will be remitted by the Purchaser to the Seller’s bank within 3
working days, counting from the signing date of contract by both sides.
ii- 70% of the total value contract will be remitted by the Purchaser to the Seller’s bank within 3
working days, counting from the date of Inspection carried out by the Purchaser at the Seller’s
factory.
4- Other terms and conditions:
a- Delivery time:latest date of delivery: 08 weeks counting from the validity of contract
b- Validity: 45 days from date of this quotation.
c- This quotation is unique. When referring to this quotation in an order, no further valid
quotation(s) are applicable
