2. CONCEPT OF CREATIVITY
Creativity is the ability to bring something new into
existence.
Creativity refers to the production of ideas about
products, processes or procedures that are novel and
potentially useful to the organization.
Creativity is the execution of an idea which has both
originality and value.
If you have ideas, but didn’t act on them you are
imaginative not a creative.
4. FREEDOM:
The level of independence affects creativity. If
a person in business get the freedom to
something new without permission or fear of
failure the such A person become creative.
5. RESOURCES:
Available resources also affects creativity. Sufficient
resources (Human resources, capital, machines, raw
materials and methods) are encouraged by creative
activities.
6. PRESSURE:
The level of pressure at work also affect creativity. A
certain level of pressure to work expands creativity.
When there is a lot of work to be done in a short
period of time, people have to think of new and
creative ways to do it within the allotted time.
7. ORGANIZARTIONAL CULTURE:
Another important factor influencing creativity is
organizational culture. Organizational culture
encourages creativity through fear, creative conclusion
of ideas, identification encouragement of creative
work, mechanisms for developing new ideas, etc.
Similarly, value, beliefs and beliefs als play an
important role in creativity.
8. ENCOURAGEMENT OF CREATIVITY:
Creativity is also influenced by the level of
encouragement of creativity from the organization,
supervisor, and working group. The promotion of
creativity operates in three main levels, the are as
