LNG business case developed for Elgas Board showing $30m LPG
substitution and up to $180m in LNG transport potential.
Innovated a Gaseous Fuel Technology conference for SAE
successfully promoted LPG,CNG and LNG which altered the industry
association to follow the same path.
Elgas $200 m Underground LPG Storage cavern. I performed the
international technology review and awarded a basic design contract to
Geostock France. Completed a successful EIS process. My Engineering
staff seconded across to design, construct and build the above ground
system.
Innovated a lightweight, high payload, double productivity road tanker. PLC
controlled and designed for dual delivery to meet strategy. Three year lead
on competitors, safety features state of art- best in class technology. Group
constructed and rebuilt up to 14 road tankers each year.

Managed the Group manufacturing and installing around 100 projects each
year. The first photo a static dispensing unit for refilling forklifts valued
around $17,000 . The second photo my design to lower the overall cost – gave
Elgas a competitive edge and attracted higher market share of the bulk forklift
segment.
Installation and maintenance of around 1000 service stations retailing
autogas to the public. 24/7 and over 5000 service calls across the Company
including autogas. The technical group was known for its fast response, cost
effective solutions and quality finish best in its class of any competitor.

Technical group installed the Snowy Mountain reticulation network in PE pipe
and achieved a record performance in time, cost and quality. The group provided
emergency and maintenance support for the whole network.
