Successfully Re-opened our brewery which had been closed. And launched our products
to the market gaining all permits from all the relevant Gov. of Jamaica agencies by
ensuring the factory was compliant with all regulations governing the industry.
Successfully launched a new beer and stout on the market. and gained all permits
required to export these products to the USA. and Canada. My team also was able to
lower our operating cost and therefore our production cost by paying close attention to
our maintenance schedule and innovations in energy conservation.
I was also preparing the plant for the introduction to the HACCP programme required for
certification for all plants exporting to the USA & Canada.

importation and distribution of auto parts. I also held overall responsibility for the
construction of a 22 unit professional office complex. This required the procurement of
the necessary permits, procurement of materials the hiring of skilled labor and the
preparation of weekly payroll based on the exact measurement of work done. This project
was completed 15 million dollars under budget.
