I am writing in response to you for this position. I believe that my strong relevant working experience and
technical skills will make me a very competitive candidate for this job.
I have worked for more than two years as a Business Intelligence Analyst for Net Concepts Co. Ltd. (the top
search engine optimization company in New Zealand) during that period, I received good reviews on relevant
work, such as data filtering, data analysis, supply chain analysis, data-driven quality management, operation
skills, and CRM. During that time, my experience included, but was not limited to, information collection,
problem isolation and analysis, application and requirement analysis and business strategy support.
I have a Bachelor’s degree and two Master’s degrees: My Bachelor of Science in Business was awarded by
Benedictine College Atchison, KS. During my Bachelor’s degree majoring in Business, I spent most of my
time doing analyzes of consumers’ demands and requirements with team members and real case analysis
which gave me additional business and management experience. In those cases, I experienced several different
industries, such as beverage, automobile, telecommunication, banking, electric and many others.
My first graduate program was majored in Informatics at the University of Reading, UK. I learned many
analysis skills regarding aspects of System Analysis and Design, Business Domain, Research Method, ERP
and my presentation techniques were also improved. And my second graduate program was Master of Science
in Business Analytics at ASU, Tempe, USA. This program was further strengthening my analytic skills and
technical skills including SQL, Tableau, and Excel (PivotTable, Vlookup, VBA etc.). The graduate program I
did were a case study called Capstone (Data-driven Management) and a real market data research for a
Brazilian company (Marketing Analytics Project): Collaborating with a team to collect, filter and clean the
data by using SAS and regression models. Analyze datasets by using SAS and Excel, will present a report
using visualization with Tableau to predict the future trends based on historical data.
Now, I am working at the headquarter of Avnet Inc. to analyze of opportunities to make the best decision in
how to strategically quote for purposes of positioning an Avnet win; to facilitate the strategic planning process
of quoting a large, complex quote, work with a team to review and ensure there is a consistent understanding
of customers’ requirements; to strategize the business to be quoted, and define the next steps to create a sound
business quote; to manage and to filter historic quote data for further research under ERP system support.

exciting. Besides, I can speak Chinese Mandarin and Italian, those language skills can greatly support
