Literature Review
Pricing
According to the Magnan (2011), pricing a product becomes the most important decision for a
company that marketing research needs, for making the optimal prices for different parts, which in
this case spare parts of every different car and innovations. After evaluating within many pricing
methods, it is find that value based strategies is the most profitable one than any other pricing
approach and it is considered as one of the best pricing methods (Hinterhuber, 2010).
SWOT Analysis
The evaluation of strength, weakness, opportunities and threat are becoming the widely recognized
tool for distributing the auditing within marketing, therefore the technique is easy to conduct and
complete information (Piercy, 1989). SWOT factors will brainstorms the company to make sure that
they have distinctive strengths, reduce the negative factors of weaknesses so it will not ruin the future
business, defined the positive factors outside the company as the opportunity, and outside negative
factors that will have impact on the company’s ability to achieve target as the threat (Clark, 2004).
Competitor’s evaluation
The approach for knowing the market is not only considering about the products and customers but
also highlighting the competitor’s evaluation so this will resulted into creating the competitive
advantage (Smith, 2006). The evaluation is highly needed for the setting the strategy before the
aggressive part behavior from the competitors; such decrease the level of pricing or joining
partnership with other business (Natter,1998).
Training
Within the organization activities, value of the training section is allowing the company to support the
employees so they can delivered target and also escalating the performance for the organizational
purpose (Baraldi, 2015). The training evaluation will take result on increase of the ability between the
trainees, enhance the motivation, improve self-efficiency and attitudes, and prove the commitment of
the trainees (Hamid, 2012).
Customer satisfaction survey
Customer satisfaction measurement using survey is the principal tool for the marketers that assessing
the health of the relationship with their customers in business-to-business context (Rossomme, 2003).
The modern management of philosophy considered that customer satisfaction survey became baseline
standard of performance and knowing the standard excellence from the company (Cengiz, 2010).

Project Job Assignment
1. Job Assignment: Understand the PT Terang Parts Indonesia company background, products
and workshops in all over Indonesia
Description: a.) I am directed to study about the company from the book about the existing
company profile, before I start to work about the marketing project there.
Started from the organization structure, so I will know who are my seniors,
then the background of the company, and what are the products that they are
selling. I focused on the products that consist of so many parts, so I will get
easily familiar with the product then can complete other assignments.
b.) After getting known with the product and company profile, the other staff
of marketing member is giving me task to understand the every branch of the
Honda Auto2000 workshops with how many man works over there, because
15
the company wants to make new usage for product line (anti-karat) so they
have to make sure the availability space, man works, and elevators in each
workshops.
Challenge: PT Terang Parts Indonesia is a automotive company suppliers who sells a lot
of spare parts product from different kind of cars (Toyota, Honda &
Daihatsu), even the specific cars under the brand, has so many different types
of spare parts that has different names before to make a car. Thus, for the
second task, the availability amount of Honda Auto2000 workshops from all
around Indonesia, are a lot. The marketing member needs to call the person
in charge that understand about the whole information under the workshops
so they will get concrete information about the man works, elevators, and
space available in each region. I have to help to write list of names from each
HondaAuto2000 workshops without any mistake because it will be important
information for the company who wants to make new usage for product line
(anti-karat).
Method: I ask fellow worker to explain about the task that I have to do and they
explained me with simple explanation.
Result: I get familiar with the PT Terang Parts Indonesia but not in detailed, at least
some important information I already captured and it will be a lot easier to
get the basic first and then continue with the task. Moreover, I also know the
location of the Honda Auto2000 workshops in all over Indonesia with the
detailed in it.
Suggestion: Every task will be a lot clearer if you dare to ask the supervisor but not to
complicate the task or the supervisor. Thus, the fast capability to learn will be
a lot useful and those who can finish the work fast but in competency and
accuracy, than the person who has bunch of knowledge but with fewer
competencies and accuracies.
(Catalogs for product parts)
16
2. Job Assignment: Understand how to input the data to the book and price the spare parts model
Description: a.) As the basic works to understand more about the products line so the
company are already make the program to input the data. The program is due
to make appointment for the product transferring from the factory to the
specific place around the Indonesia region. The logistic department has its
own schedule that will be taken care by the marketing division, which is
Monday and Friday (transfer to outside Jakarta),Tuesday and Thursday
(Transfer to Daihatsu – Cibitung), and Wednesday (Bogor).
b.) The pricing of the spare parts also has their own method of calculation,
which already explained by the marketing, but the practice of the pricing is
too complicated to do for one-person intern. So they considered teaching the
explanation of the price for every spare parts and how they get them, which
include so many data from different divisions.
Challenge: the data input also considered accuracy whilst it has a lot of paper to do, so I
have to work fast and accurate to input the data to the program. By the
pricing objectives, it consists of a lot calling to the specific divisions to get
accurate data about the timing and cost. For example: the data for one
machine and one product has to be completed by two person in 2.25 minutes,
thus the marketing has to know the exact wage for each of the man works,
knowing from the engineering of how is the work and if there is any lag time
Method: Use the formula that already been given within the pricing process in the
paper, somehow If I find any stuck in doing the task, I ask the fellow workers
to help me doing my task.
Result: I got the information of how the basic works of marketing and it is not as
easy as it seems, thus marketing is not all consist of talking to clients, but
there are also many paper works with calculation as well, so the marketing
member has to do multitasking about the projects that consist of the basic
knowledge for each division (financing, purchasing).
Suggestion: I recommend the combining the self learning and social interaction with the
seniors, self learning because the workers has to be fast learner and social
interaction because of the new point of view and knowledge from the seniors.
17
3. Job assignment: Understand how to input data to the computer using Speed Ware
Description: a.) The program using software Speed ware/4GL to input the data for the
transferring product from the factory to the Auto2000 workplace, the data
included codes, name of the factory, pricing, number of the PO,etc.
Therefore the data has to be printed right away and deliver it to the
engineering area so they can make the product.
Challenge: The data input is having so many amount of paper worksheet, so it definitely
has to be accurate and fast for the data. Thus, the PPIC (inventory) has to
make the “surat-jalan” right away for the logistic to deliver the product. The
data has to be done by the marketing first, and then the other division will
have their own task to do their job. So the input data has to be as accurate as
possible and fast.
Method: Do a trial error doing the task but then the mentor helps to fix the problem.
The basic method is to use the formula system that already been put in the
Speed Ware 4GL.
Result: I am more familiar with the software usage to input the data, therefore the
skill will be very useful in the future because the software of Speed
Ware/4GL is very common to used
Suggestion: I recommend asking if there is any difficult task, it is better to ask
rather than already inputting the data but wrong result. The best interest to get
18
easy to the software is to make as many data as you can, because practicing is
the best teacher to make the familiarity with the software.
4. Job assignment: Prepare for the Training section
Description: a.) Training section mostly is about business plan, purchasing management,
marketing/selling skill, and kaizen method, due to all marketing in PT Terang
Parts Indonesia, from the Auto2000, Pak Hendro, as the speaker of the
seminar. The training seminar longed for 2 hours max with many discussion
and talk about Marketing with a lot of examples from other company and not
only for Astra. The preparation will be consider as prepare the room, LCD,
and help the presentation progress before the training begin.
Challenge: a.) The training method consider refreshing memory from the university, so
the speaker will ask severalquestions about marketing that sometimes
already forget about some parts. By also preparing the room, intern has to
come early than the other person; it will also improve my time management.
Method: Refresh the memory about the business progress in the university learning
process as well as ask the speaker in the seminar if there is any part that is
confusing.
Result: The training seminar also considers making new connection because a lot
people from other Auto2000 also coming in to the seminar.
Suggestion: I recommend dare to ask in a training section because the speaker is
already professional in their job and will be very useful for the insight.
5. Job assignment: Sorting the email list
Description: a.) The sorting email for the transferring needs to be differentiate from the
motorcycle and car, because there are different sales counter that calculate
about the product for the motorcycle (Vario & Beat) and car.
Challenge: a.) The email list needs to be accurate according to the customer’s order, or
else the rest of the work will be wrong and need to recheck again.
Method: Ask the fellow the workers of how to do the task of how to make the sort the
email by the region of the order.
Result: The understanding for the email list will be improving my accuracy skill
because it needs deep focus through my task.
Suggestion: If there are any questions or miss the order in the email then better to ask the
supervisor to correct the order lists.
19
6. Job assignment: Helping the meeting progress
Description: a.) Prepare note books to help prepare the meeting’s important list so it will
help the marketing to more focus on the discussion and the noting will be
delivered to the intern.
Challenge: a.) It also needs deep focus as the meeting will have discussion about
something new such spare parts and forecasting the data so the intern needs
to prepare notes with deep concentration
Method: Prepare notes before the meeting progress
Result: The understanding about the meeting progress will help me to know more
about the company as well as it will adding my network connection
Suggestion: It will be rude to cut the talking between the discussions but it is better to
ask before making the mistake in taking notes.
7. Job assignment: Draft email for the internal member
Description: a.) Prepare email for the internal member based on the products spare parts
needed for some of the specific divisions. The email needs to construct the
formality in language.
Challenge: a.) Needs to be carefulin picking the words for the email in the internal
members so there will be no miscommunications.
Method: Ask the fellow workers about how to make the formal words for the internal
member’
Result: I manage to make the draft first before sending it to the manager so there will
be no mistake and miscommunicate in making the information within the
email.
Suggestion: Need to propose the email first to the manager before sending it to the
co-workers and it should be in standard definition with clear fonts.
8. Job assignment: Make presentation about the forecast data
Description: Prepare the presentation about the forecasting data that will be presented in
the meeting between the co-workers.
Method: Make a better presentation than before the previous presentation data then
ask the supervisor if the presentation is easy to read or not.
Challenge: Need to make the presentation to be as simple as possible and attractive with
easy-to-read fonts; thus, the wordings need to be selected to be formal and
easy to understand.
Result: Collaborate the insight to make the presentation for the meetings; therefore it
will also increase my knowledge about the company and the product
20
Suggestion: Need to make sure that the presentation is easy to read and attractive enough
to be conducted in the meetings.
9. Job Assignment: List for Buka Bersama
Description: Making the list for the participants in Buka Bersama and booking the
restaurants for Friday 10th.
The list will be made in Microsoft Word and after
it completed, then the supervisor can recheck the names who can come and
who cannot come.
Challenge: Not familiar with all the names because of the many participants in all
around the division so need the supervising from the co-workers to respell the
name. Due to some parts have their own competitor such the spray paint has
its own competitor so, Protera – as the name of the spray paint – has their
own big competitor. There will be many competitors in the different parts of
each spare manufacturer within PT Terang Parts Indonesia.
Method: Ask the fellow workers about the list of names for the Buka Bersama event.
Result: More familiar with the name in all division within PT Terang Parts
Indonesia, thus, it will also increase my skill in making the document for the
company. Therefore, the name of the competitor will also increase the insight
about the company of spare parts in Indonesia
Suggestion: Ask the fellow co-workers to help the list for the job due to minimize the
mistake for the list of Buka Bersama.
10. Job Assignment: Understanding of PT Terang Parts competitor and its
organizational structure
21
Description: Making list in Microsoft Word about the organizational chart from
the supplier to PT Terang Part’s customers (business to business) and
compile it and shown to the supervisor.
Challenge: Needs more information from the supervisor because the company is
new to the intern marketing and also within its industry from the
umbrella company to the customers’ chart structure.
Method: Ask the supervisor about the correct structure of the competitor and
organizational structure and also read the book about the history of PT
Terang Parts Indonesia.
Result: More familiar with the company structure to the customer’s relations because
of knowing the big picture of the company.
Suggestion: Ask the supervisor about the competitor and the customer’s of PT Terang
Parts Indonesia so the data will have no mistake
11. Job assignment: Prepare attendance for Training.

Description: The Survey is making sure the productivity of the supplier activity whether it
is efficient or not. The survey needs to be done every several months so the
supplier will have to increase the productivity and fix the lag time within the
supplier division. Thus the possibility of the potential risk will have to be
measured in any area so the survey will be accurate according to each
supplier factory place.
Challenge: Need to make sure that the potential risk is complete in the survey issue
according to each place factory.
Method: Ask the fellow workers of how the potential risk in every branch to make the
SRM Survey.
Result: Get more knowledge of each of the place factory from the region about the
potential risk and also increasing my skill of making the survey by using
Microsoft Excel.
Suggestion: Better to ask the supervisor about the survey so there is minimizing the
mistake of making the potential risk for each of the supplier places.

division will not get confused by the missing links between the customers
and the company.
Method: Ask the admin for the correct order in checking the information from
customers.

Method: Make notes for the list of data in coding, because it needs accurate
punctuation for the formula.
25
Result: Therefore, it will refresh my mind for the coding learning in university, but in
practice it will be a lot easier to do because it has the logic for the basic
formula.
Suggestion: The answer for the data might not be true even though found the answer. So
better ask for every answer because not all that has the answer is the correct

CHAPTER 4
Self Reflection
4.1 Self-Reflection
Within my internship, I learnt both of the soft skill and hard skill, that I already get valuable
knowledge and insights that will be useful for the future. I got many insights not only from the
supervisor but also the supervisor in the marketing division. Then, it also gave me networking
opportunity because it allowed me to meet the expertise people in the similar industry.
Soft Skill
Social Skill
Thus by working within the marketing department, it increase my social skill through the workforce
every day and also meeting client from the similar industry. Within the social interaction every day,
sharing task, my social skills has been increasing in no time. But not only the social skill but also the
ethical gesture to the co-workers especially the seniors. This skill is what I like the most as it already
common to my behavior to make social interaction with the co-workers.
Communication Skill
By interacting with the co-workers, supervisor and also the clients, my communication skill has been
improving. Thus, it gives me better understanding in doing communication skill with all people. By
doing so, communication skill will be resulted in the satisfying the relationship with each other,
clarify the information, and reducing any conflicts that can happen if there are mistake in the
communication relationship.
Time Management Skill
It helped me to manage the time during so many tasks, by doing so my tasks can be done efficiently.
The better the time management skill the better productivity will be resulted during the internship
program. I prioritize the most and urgent task first and then continuing to the daily task. So, in result,
my time management skill will be improving.
More open minded
I meet so many people with different background during my internship program, I consider myself to
be pretty good in deepen relationship with all co-workers even the office boy/girls. In result, I will be
more open minded after I finish my internship and I can get so many perceptions within many
different people with variety race, culture, and religion.
27
Hard Skill
Speed ware/4GL
I can use the software to input the data that is provided by the company. The software has so many
codes that have to be remembered by the marketing admin, since it considered as my daily task so I
consider being able to use Speed ware/4GL by inputting the data. This becomes the most challenging
skill during my internship session because of the new software approach, thus it will need extra focus
to write on this software.
Microsoft Excel
In inputting the data, the marketing member will give guidance in using Microsoft Excel; many of the
data for the transferring product will use Microsoft Excel, because it has more accuracy and efficiency
for the numerical data. Therefore, the data for Factory Auto2000 is already input to the Microsoft
excel worksheet.
Business Writing Skill
Write letter to the some customers and clients, it will also improve the skill for formal language in
Indonesia language. Thus, the structure of the letter is also increasing the learning skill for the
business writing knowledge. This skill needs to be improved, as it becomes what I like the least
because I am not good writer in formal Indonesia language.
My strength is among the social interaction skill and also time management skill, but my weakness is
among the task that needs accuracy and memorizing skill. Thus, it can be improved within time as I
find this internship is very challenging and rewarding because of the task that needed to do and also
support from the surroundings to motivate me during my internship program. Family, friends and co-
workers become the main motivation during the internship program so I can also keep spirited every
single day and perform well during my internship program.
4.2 Career Plan
Since I already have two internships between my studies, which is in PT Bentuk Indonesia as a
marketing design and also in PT Terang Parts Indonesia as marketing in the automotive industry.
Therefore, by joining into Bina Nusantara International University, I consider to take job in the
international company so my English skill can be useful for the company.
Moreover, I already equip myself with the skill based on the university and workforce. The
experience and knowledge that I gain can be very much useful for the company to hire me because I
consider myself as hard work and willing to learn. My dream job is to be able to join multinational
company especially in food and beverage such Unilever and P&G, for several years. Other than Food
and Beverage Company, I also am willing to take jobs in Business Consultant Company within
international reputation such Mckinsey, for also several years. The reason why I take those
28
multinational companies is because the client that they are handling must be also from foreigners and
I like doing social or business interaction with the foreigners, and also the challenge within the job is
high and it will integrate my skill to solve the problem, meeting the co-workers that also must be from
many different culture also pretty fun and increase my social interaction skills. The partner’s
interaction that I will be handling also intelligent and I can get new information from the relationship
that will be useful for my network connection in the future.
In the future, I am willing to work by myself, develop innovative ideas so if it is succeed than my
family can work there to continue the business. By then I will strive to work and gain as many
knowledge as possible for the sake of the future.

CHAPTER 5
Conclusion and Recommendation
This chapter provides the conclusion and recommendation based on the previous chapter, delivered to
the Bina Nusantara International, PT Terang Parts Indonesia, and future generation of students.
5.1 Conclusion
I found out that the internship program is very important experience during my work force
experience. I gained so many new skills and knowledge about the task that the marketing co-workers
have been given. Therefore, the skill that has been delivered is also similar with what the university
(Bina Nusantara International) has been given. I also developed both of my hard and soft skill during
my internship such social skill, communication skill, time management skill, and more open minded
as the soft skill & Microsoft Excel, Speed Ware/ 4GL, and Business Writing skill.
The coordination of the internship program and the positive environment has given the employee to
be having better outcome. The coordination of the workload and program has trained me to be more
discipline person; as well it will improve my networking skill through meeting the expert in
marketing and production facility.
In summary, I got the chance to know better about myself regarding my skill and knowledge. I gained
more responsibility about doing my job assignment for the company not for myself just like in
college. There no single disadvantages in joining the internship program, but a lot of advantages of
the practice in the real business world.
5.2 Recommendations
Finally, I would like to provide recommendations to Bina Nusantara International, PT Terang Parts
Indonesia, and to future students regarding to internship programs.
Bina Nusantara International University
I am very grateful for the SAGE and the lecturers in the Bina Nusantara International to always
support the student to grow in the business world. Therefore, Bina Nusantara International has
provided me with several list of company that I have approached, some company, due to some
compromise (far location, unmatched schedule, etc.), so I consider searching for the internship by
myself.
SAGE also held several seminars to prepare students before joining to the internship program. The
seminars talk about benefits of taking the internship and some considerations of taking the internship.
Therefore, the recommendation for Bina Nusantara International is to provide more internship lists
that is due to 3 months, because the holiday period is only taking for 3 months.
30
PT Terang Parts Indonesia
PT Terang Parts Indonesia has given me valuable experience through the positive work environment,
friendly co-workers, and worthy insight from the program. Moreover, many companies have been
considerate for the graduate students who has internship program as the added value for the
individual. It has been a very good experience to join internship in PT Terang Parts Indonesia because
of the valuable knowledge and insight from the program and co-workers.
Therefore, the recommendation for PT Terang Parts Indonesia is to make risk management division in
the organization, because of fluctuation demand in the industry world as well as the emerging
competitor from the international production.
Future Students
Internship becomes the valuable experience because it gives such glimpse of the work progress in the
real business world. Therefore, future students are very good in taking the internship program even
though it is a free choice without wages, but it gives very valuable insight of work environment. It
will forge the skills and strengths that will result in self-confidence in the real business world later on
in the future.
The recommendation for the future students are to find good company especially multinational
company to internship program, because of the good networking relations from the company itself.

  • 16. 15 the company wants to make new usage for product line (anti-karat) so they have to make sure the availability space, man works, and elevators in each workshops. Challenge: PT Terang Parts Indonesia is a automotive company suppliers who sells a lot of spare parts product from different kind of cars (Toyota, Honda & Daihatsu), even the specific cars under the brand, has so many different types of spare parts that has different names before to make a car. Thus, for the second task, the availability amount of Honda Auto2000 workshops from all around Indonesia, are a lot. The marketing member needs to call the person in charge that understand about the whole information under the workshops so they will get concrete information about the man works, elevators, and space available in each region. I have to help to write list of names from each HondaAuto2000 workshops without any mistake because it will be important information for the company who wants to make new usage for product line (anti-karat). Method: I ask fellow worker to explain about the task that I have to do and they explained me with simple explanation. Result: I get familiar with the PT Terang Parts Indonesia but not in detailed, at least some important information I already captured and it will be a lot easier to get the basic first and then continue with the task. The pricing of the spare parts also has their own method of calculation, which already explained by the marketing, but the practice of the pricing is too complicated to do for one-person intern. So they considered teaching the explanation of the price for every spare parts and how they get them, which include so many data from different divisions. Challenge: the data input also considered accuracy whilst it has a lot of paper to do, so I have to work fast and accurate to input the data to the program. By the pricing objectives, it consists of a lot calling to the specific divisions to get accurate data about the timing and cost. For example: the data for one machine and one product has to be completed by two person in 2.25 minutes, thus the marketing has to know the exact wage for each of the man works, knowing from the engineering of how is the work and if there is any lag time Method: Use the formula that already been given within the pricing process in the paper, somehow If I find any stuck in doing the task, I ask the fellow workers to help me doing my task. Result: I got the information of how the basic works of marketing and it is not as easy as it seems, thus marketing is not all consist of talking to clients, but there are also many paper works with calculation as well, so the marketing member has to do multitasking about the projects that consist of the basic knowledge for each division (financing, purchasing). Challenge: The data input is having so many amount of paper worksheet, so it definitely has to be accurate and fast for the data. Thus, the PPIC (inventory) has to make the “surat-jalan” right away for the logistic to deliver the product. The data has to be done by the marketing first, and then the other division will have their own task to do their job. So the input data has to be as accurate as possible and fast. Method: Do a trial error doing the task but then the mentor helps to fix the problem. The basic method is to use the formula system that already been put in the Speed Ware 4GL. • 27. 26 CHAPTER 4 Self Reflection 4.1 Self-Reflection Within my internship, I learnt both of the soft skill and hard skill, that I already get valuable knowledge and insights that will be useful for the future. I got many insights not only from the supervisor but also the supervisor in the marketing division. Then, it also gave me networking opportunity because it allowed me to meet the expertise people in the similar industry. Soft Skill Social Skill Thus by working within the marketing department, it increase my social skill through the workforce every day and also meeting client from the similar industry. Within the social interaction every day, sharing task, my social skills has been increasing in no time. But not only the social skill but also the ethical gesture to the co-workers especially the seniors. This skill is what I like the most as it already common to my behavior to make social interaction with the co-workers. Communication Skill By interacting with the co-workers, supervisor and also the clients, my communication skill has been improving. Thus, it gives me better understanding in doing communication skill with all people. Microsoft Excel In inputting the data, the marketing member will give guidance in using Microsoft Excel; many of the data for the transferring product will use Microsoft Excel, because it has more accuracy and efficiency for the numerical data. Therefore, the data for Factory Auto2000 is already input to the Microsoft excel worksheet. Business Writing Skill Write letter to the some customers and clients, it will also improve the skill for formal language in Indonesia language. Thus, the structure of the letter is also increasing the learning skill for the business writing knowledge. This skill needs to be improved, as it becomes what I like the least because I am not good writer in formal Indonesia language. My strength is among the social interaction skill and also time management skill, but my weakness is among the task that needs accuracy and memorizing skill. Thus, it can be improved within time as I find this internship is very challenging and rewarding because of the task that needed to do and also support from the surroundings to motivate me during my internship program. My dream job is to be able to join multinational company especially in food and beverage such Unilever and P&G, for several years. Other than Food and Beverage Company, I also am willing to take jobs in Business Consultant Company within international reputation such Mckinsey, for also several years. The reason why I take those
  • 29. 28 multinational companies is because the client that they are handling must be also from foreigners and I like doing social or business interaction with the foreigners, and also the challenge within the job is high and it will integrate my skill to solve the problem, meeting the co-workers that also must be from many different culture also pretty fun and increase my social interaction skills. The partner’s interaction that I will be handling also intelligent and I can get new information from the relationship that will be useful for my network connection in the future. In the future, I am willing to work by myself, develop innovative ideas so if it is succeed than my family can work there to continue the business. • 30. 29 CHAPTER 5 Conclusion and Recommendation This chapter provides the conclusion and recommendation based on the previous chapter, delivered to the Bina Nusantara International, PT Terang Parts Indonesia, and future generation of students. 5.1 Conclusion I found out that the internship program is very important experience during my work force experience. I gained so many new skills and knowledge about the task that the marketing co-workers have been given. Therefore, the skill that has been delivered is also similar with what the university (Bina Nusantara International) has been given. I also developed both of my hard and soft skill during my internship such social skill, communication skill, time management skill, and more open minded as the soft skill & Microsoft Excel, Speed Ware/ 4GL, and Business Writing skill. The coordination of the internship program and the positive environment has given the employee to be having better outcome. The coordination of the workload and program has trained me to be more discipline person; as well it will improve my networking skill through meeting the expert in marketing and production facility. In summary, I got the chance to know better about myself regarding my skill and knowledge. I gained more responsibility about doing my job assignment for the company not for myself just like in college. There no single disadvantages in joining the internship program, but a lot of advantages of the practice in the real business world. 5.2 Recommendations Finally, I would like to provide recommendations to Bina Nusantara International, PT Terang Parts Indonesia, and to future students regarding to internship programs. Bina Nusantara International University I am very grateful for the SAGE and the lecturers in the Bina Nusantara International to always support the student to grow in the business world. Therefore, Bina Nusantara International has provided me with several list of company that I have approached, some company, due to some compromise (far location, unmatched schedule, etc.), so I consider searching for the internship by myself. SAGE also held several seminars to prepare students before joining to the internship program. The seminars talk about benefits of taking the internship and some considerations of taking the internship. Therefore, the recommendation for Bina Nusantara International is to provide more internship lists that is due to 3 months, because the holiday period is only taking for 3 months.

The recommendation for the future students are to find good company especially multinational company to internship program, because of the good networking relations from the company itself.
