Self-evaluation
After internship time, the student learnt a lot from Lighting Trade And Services
Company Limited. This will be the good skills and knowledge that support
student for coming jobs. Now the student feel more confident and experienced
on real working more than just learning at shool.
- Some skills needed for work:
- Patience
- Attentiveness.
- Clear Communication Skills.
- Ability to Use "Positive Language”
- Acting Skills
- Time Management Skills.
- Ability to "Read" Customers
- Being a creative people
- Thinking different
- Knowing how to communicate with other
- Working confidently within a group
Presenting a strong,professional and positive image to others
Recommendations
For school
After experiencing an internship, the student highly suggest main
recommendation to our school. The soft skills should be strongly taught in the
class. Nowadays, there are a wide range of other qualities that recruiters look for
in potential candidates. These are often referred to as “soft skills”. In today’s
ever-competitive job market, the measure of an individual’s general career
success is the ability to use these soft skills to adapt to any assignment. It cannot
be expressed adequately how important soft skills are and how they can position
a candidate for success in the workplace
For future internship
- Don’t be shy to enjoy the intership.
- Make friends with all people from the departments as you will need their
supports.
- Be comfortable to ask questions to them and support them.
- Make a list of all the things you want to learn
5.2 Conclusion
Firstly, the student highly appreciate the people at Lighting Trade And Services
Company Limited. They try their best to support the student to complete the
report well. Especially, the student would like to thanks to two departments
including import-export department and sales department. They never mind
reminding me whenever the student has mistaks. Then they are very friendly to
correct all mistakes with their kindness.
In addition, the student would like to say thanks to all the teachers who correct
my mistakes during intership. You are very kind and great to your students. The
student alsi highly respect and grateful all of my teachers. The student wish all
of you health, luck and success.
In the internship, I have been more mature and confidence for my future jobs.
Strong points
After all, the student realize that all the skills and knowledge learnt from our
school are good and useful for us when we graduate and work. Because we can
apply our knowled and our skills in real working.
Weak points
However, practice in our school is just little. Thus we needmore practice to
make sure that we cannot confuse when joining real working.
Finally, the student has a great time to study in Van Hien university with my
friends. The student would like to thanks to our teachers again and the student
ensure that studying in Van Hien university is always kept my mind.
Lighting Trade And Services Company Limited should closely match the middle
parts such as administrative personnel, sales and other departments to help
interns complete best practice process.
Lighting Trade And Services Company Limited Corporation need to give staff a
text template to manage unified work to employees recorded in the process of
practice as the location has flyers, website has posted news, how the
consultation results.
Lighting Trade And Services Company Limited should create conditions to
employees exposed the fact products help to better understand the product:
In the process of receiving the request and advise the customers, because have
not experienced so many errors and this caused great influence to the sales
process so Lighting Trade And Services Company Limited should just teach
more in this period.
Organizational activities In the sales staff, the company needs to adjust:
The number of members of each group should only from 5-7 people
Duration: 25 days
This will ensure better performance of tasks set out
Regular training for instructions how to search effectively clients through direct
instruction in parallel with theoretical knowledge.
Innovative training methods: direct interaction between staff and management,
to avoid the direct training from officers down to the employees.
Compensation should be joined by an "expert" to take out the policies consistent
with corporate funding as well as consistent with the psychology staff,
encourage employees to work.
The industrial equipment market is recovering. Along with the ventilation of the
State policy in recent times, the industry will have to change. Despite still
having no less difficult and subject to stiff competition from rivals, but Viet
Nam Industrial Import & Export Corporation is gradually asserting the prestige
brand, and grow strong.
After the internship at the company, I feel the sales activities of the company are
relatively complete, professional and reasonable. Besides that I have seen are
getting weak, the company's strengths in sales activities.
Because of the time and conditions of knowledge also many limitations, so the
opinions of topical reports only for individuals. I hope that with this
contribution, the company will improve the sales activities, gradually evolved to
become the leading enterprise in the field of industrial equipment sales.
Once again I sincerely thank the dedicated teacher's Guide with Viet Nam
Industrial Import & Export Corporation helped me complete this internship

Strong points After all, the student realize that all the skills and knowledge learnt from our school are good and useful for us when we graduate and work.
