PERSONAL PROFILE OR SUMMARY
I lived in the United Kingdom for 6 years after school, working and travelling and gaining life experience. Upon my
return to South Africa I joined the Flight Centre Travel Group and for the past 9 years have been spent building my
career in the travel industry.
Within the company I have gone from strength to strength achieving both individual and team success with some
phenomenal results including Global No 1 with my team in 2015. I have also moved quickly within the company from
Consultant to Team Leader, Village Leader and then National Operations Leader with the latter two roles being within
my first year in Johannesburg.
I have an eager mind ignited with positivity and the dream of always achieving better. I am driven, intelligent and
hugely ambitious, being a quick learner with a myriad of ideas. I enjoy personal development as well as that of others
and am always willing to help.
I have been instrumental in the growth of existing business as well as bringing on new accounts and have been
involved in negotiating client preferred contracts through airlines and land suppliers. I have facilitated various client
meetings from initial introductions to Annual Finance Reviews as well as Travel Booker Workshops.
I build strong relationships very quickly and can blend well with any type of personality. This shines through when it
comes to sales and my passion for what I do. I believe in continuous personal growth and know I will succeed in any
direction I choose to go.
