MY APPROACH
 Have a clear and easy to visualise goal with many milestones so
you can demonstrate progress and have positive momentum
 Implement proper succession planning and create a set of core
values that keep resources engaged, motivated and empowered
 Promote continual improvement to bring you innovation, define
meaningful metrics and measure regularly to see trends
 Set expectations and forge partnerships with suppliers that are
strong enough for constructive criticism on both sides
 Communicate frequently, celebrate successes and learn from
failings
