Department leadership / management
• Lead, and manage the Production Department, overseeing the entire team of
broadcast, print and digitial producers across 4 x offices.
• Ensure best-in-class creative gets produced
• Oversee all business affairs and instirtues best practices in talent and traffic

develop direct reports
• Resource management of Producers for all projects and productions at
Mekanism
• Keep tabs on all productions helping to make sure projects deliver on time and
on budget.
• Manage weekly financial reports on job profitability
