Cluster Head – South India (2015-16)
• Handled entire South India’s Operations
• Managed a total of 200+ vendors across South India who were instrumental in stabilizing the Last
Mile Operations of the company and reduced the Operational Costs up to 10-15% of the usual cost
• Acted as a consultant on various projects, conduct an in-depth analysis of client business
requirements and provide viable solutions.
• Spearheaded Delhivery’s Alternative Delhivery Model (ADM) across all the citites in South India
working with a team of 15 members handling 250+ vendors who take 35-40% of the Last Mile
shipments.
• Part of a project named “INVICTUS” which involved in boosting up sales of the company in various
departments which included Last Mile services, Fulfillment services and International Logistics.
• Worked on two real time projects named “EASYPOS” and “DELPOS” which were inventory
management systems helpful in capturing the transactions of the vendors which helped in analyzing
the market with accurate data.
• Started a Pilot project with “Reckitt Benckiser” that tied up the Manufacturers directly with the
retailers.
