GC SERVICES
POSITION ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE
July 2009 to March 2013 worked third party for Sprint PCS
 Started this project working in collections, responsible for taking
payments on customer’s account, and assisting with payment
arrangements to help manage balances.
 Later moved to do customer support for the same project, assisting
customer with understanding billing systems and helping them to
manage their phone accounts. Also trained for basic tech support
issues with mobile phones.
 Then moved to do escalations calls, assisting the more challenging
customer and accounts

Work for First Community Bancshares Inc, which includes First
National Bank Texas, First Convenience bank, Fort Hood National
Bank, and First Community Mortgage. Responsible for customer
support and helping customers understand how their bank account
work, and how to manage the accounts, including fee structures
within the bank. Familiar with loan applications. While working on
this project, assisted with mentoring and training new people to
adhere to quality assurance protocols for the both GC Services and
First Community Bancshares.
