· Conducted Field Study for selecting the eight vocational trades, submitted Project Proposal to
Ministry of External Affairs Government of India and signed an agreement for establishing
Indo-Myanmar Industrial Training Centre at Myingyan in Myanmar valued Rs 1881 Lakhs in
October 2011. Identified the supplies of HMT machines and Non HMT machines and shipped
to Myanmar including installation and commissioning. The centre was handed over to
Ministry of Industry Government of Myanmar on 13th October 2013. Presently OJT engineers
are imparting on the Job training at the centre with 190 students on the rolls.
· The first Indo-Myanmar Industrial Training Centre at Pakokku in Myanmar valued Rs 1447
Lakhs was implemented by supplying machines/ equipment covering ten vocational trades,
training of Myanmar Instructors in India, Installation and commissioning of supplies and
deputation of on the job training for a period of 12 months from March 2009 to March 2011.

2. Deputy General Manager, Products November 1997 – August 2008

· New market established in Bangladesh and Malaysia for export of HMT tractors and implements
during the financial year 2000-01. Exported 238 numbers of Tractors valued Rs 503 lakhs and 58
numbers of tractors valued Rs 180 Lakhs to Bangladesh and Malaysia respectively till 2007-08.
These markets were sustained by good After sale services, Free service Camps and marketing
initiatives against Chinese tractors.
· Developed new market in Ghana with local assembly of 58 Nos. Tractors valued Rs. 180 lakhs
from SKD condition during the year 2003-05.
· Successfully secured export order for 100 numbers of HMT tractors along with matching
implements valued Rs 464 lakhs to Jigawa State in Nigeria during 2000-01. Commissioning and
Field demonstration of tractors and implements were conducted at the site with satisfaction of
the end customers.
· Sustained the Srilanka and Senegal Markets with further orders of 84 and 21 tractors respectively
from 1999 to 2002.
· Agricultural Development Project was executed in Senegal with supply of 100 HMT tractors of 45
HP and 60 HP tractors with matching implements valued Rs 800 lakhs from 1997- 98.Aftersales
services and demonstration were conducted at Tambakonda and St Louise regions of Senegal.
