Onsite assignment: Service Delivery MM Lead at Johannesburg, South Africa for a period of
eight months.
• Data migration consultant (MM). Responsible for load of relevant data
objects on SAP.
• Business requirement gathering.
• The ETL tool to be used is BODS that will be managed by AGA (BCX
team).
• Identify data objects. Source to Target Mapping Templates preparation.
• Managed the fulfilment of the templates with the involved parties (BCX,
MDM and Solution Delivery).

• Support the BCX team on the implementation of the extraction and
transformation steps per data object.

Cardiology, Urology, Immunology, Dermatology and Anti-infective.
Implementation for US Astellas is done on onsite – offshore model with around 16 members in SAP team
and with a total team size of nearly 45 people (2007).
Responsibilities:
As part of the team, been to Chicago for three months and handled following processes during the
implementation:
• Involved in preparing the Business Process Document (Blue Print)
across the organization in consultation with the various senior operation managers and core team
members. Thereafter converting it To-Be processes in SAP.
• Configured the system as per the requirements and conducted unit
testing and integration testing activities.
• Configured the release procedure with classification for purchasing docs.
• Prepared the end user and business process manuals for reference,
