Re-located to US to form a select team who would partner with WWRD UK to implement a global instance of SAP EC 6.0.
Prepared and executed RFP process to select a global EDI third party service provider. Directly engaged with the third party EDI
service provider to design and develop processes to exchange EDI Ansi X12 documents using SAP XML file formats, via FTP
protocol and SAP Netweaver products. Led a team to define, develop and implement in SAP a process to validate and report
problems with the in-bound EDI data. Partnered with the business to support the implementation of the SAP - Order to Cash
process.

Recruited as IT Manager and Business/Systems Analyst with verifiable track record of managing complex IT projects and
exceeding expectations. The group engaged in a restructuring program which required proficient skills in conceptualizing the
integrations of multiple systems into the core software. Expertise in Financials (GL,AR,AP), Costing, Inventory Planning,
Purchasing, Customer Service, Inventory Planning, Warehousing , Sales and Marketing and Payroll systems. Led cross functional
teams to gather and clarify business requirements. Designed, developed and implemented applications to facilitate the group’s
restructuring.
Notable Projects included
 Re-located Outsourced Warehouse – Directly engaged with DB Schenker to re-locate the outsourced Royal Doulton
US warehouse operation to reside within the Waterford Wedgwood US warehouse. Highly visible project, customized
processes to account for the return of inventory
 Re-located Royal Doulton US Applications- Collaborated with stakeholders to integrate the Royal Doulton US ERP
system to Waterford Wedgwood US based in Wall, NJ. Led a cross-functional team to establish strategy, project
plans, risk analysis, user defined interfaces. Managed the design, development and implementation of the system
encompassing EDI, Customer Service, Inventory Planning, Purchasing, Warehousing, Financials (GL,AR,AP), Payroll,

project, empowered the indigenous workforce to embrace the change and adopt the new processes through training seminars
and hands on work shops

Project Manager & Business Systems Analyst – Outsourced US Warehouse Operation to DB Schenker & developed ERP system
to run the US business from Royal Doulton Canada.
As a team working with the stakeholders, we conceptualized, designed, developed and implemented the processes to
outsource the warehouse to a third party logistics company. Developed a new instance of the ‘Laurier –Trend’ ERP system to
process the US systems. Challenged by extremely tight deadlines due to a lease expiration on the existing warehouse facility
o Key Accomplishments $6 million cost reductions based on:-
