3. RESUME
Job Duties And Responsibilities
1. Responsible For Daily Management inspection Sub section tool box meeting
2. Project materials coordinator & Inspector on project basis.
3. Responsible For material coordination and inspection ,Acceptance all material and Equipment on
project involved.
a) To ensure all activities and movement works carried out are fully in compliance with HSE &
project rules, regulations requirements and also to ensure that these are (KPI) zero non-
conformance zero LTI.
b) Coordinates ,inspect and expedites flow of materials ,parts and equipment according to
project schedules.
c) Complies and maintains records such as material inventory ,status & location of materials.
d) Requisitions materials and establishes delivery dates to the work location according to job
order priorities and materials availability.
e) Review project schedules and related information and confers with the Project Team to
determine material requirements in order to track materials and identify overdue materials .
f) Inspect materials received , verify parts numbers and check discrepancies such as damaged
or unmarked parts.
g) Maintains project materials for tracking and issuance of all materials both company and
contractor supplied from the warehouse to the site project area.
h) To prepare and update continuously and maintain master material list as per FRD (Field
Required Date) by coordinating the material process for PR issued by design and material
purchased by procurement and to ensure materials are available for least one week ahead.
i) Inspection of newly received and old stock materials and reviewing ,checking and tracing
materials certificates and documentation to ensure compliance with the company
specifications , standards and to confirm correct certificate and trace ability.
j) Performing or witnessing specific Non Destructive Testing requirements or testing of
materials as be necessary or required by the company.
k) Preparing packing list and conducting inspections for ship loose materials.
l) Provide support and assistance to the Project Team as needed.
m) Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with vendor and warehouse.
n) Verifying / Checking surplus materials prior to purchase.
