CAREER PROFILE :
I have graduated from Petroleum Engineering Department UPN“Veteran” Yogyakarta
with GPA 3,47 (scale 4). I am a fresher, leadership, self-motivated person, able to work under-
pressure, and adaptable to any environment, also I am eager in learning new things. I have
practical work experiences in ConocoPhillips Indonesia as a Production Engineer & PT Medco
E&P Indonesia as a Petroleum Engineer. I have work experience in PT Sarana Instrument as a
Proposal Engineer Oil & Gas Division and I have been working in PT Pertamina Patra Niaga
as a Loading Master until present.
WORKING EXPERIENCES :
 2013 - Present : PT Pertamina Patra Niaga
Loading Master
 Ensure that the hose(s) are drained and disconnected prior to ship
movement and that emergency shut down devices at main ship
and vessels are connected and work correctly.
 Liaise with pilots, ship’s officers and marine superintendent to
confirm that all shore personnel are clear of the mooring and the
gangway is in place safely.
 Participate in pre-loading meeting to define and implement the
loading sequence such as tank status on arrival, bulk loading
procedure, ballasting, anticipated weather and sea conditions,
communications with main ship & stand-by tug, emergency
procedures.
 Ensure that all loading activities are correctly performed in line
with the loading procedures and confirm to the control room that
the main ship is ready (manifold open, pressure/vacuum valves
lined-up, designated cargo tanks open) to receive cargo.
 Confirm the pre-arranged loading rate and ensure that loading
rates and quantities are calculated and recorded hourly by cargo
control room main ship and the vessel.
 Ensure that the gauging/ullaging activities are performed
correctly and approve the quantities loaded.
 Maintain formal records of each loading activity (Bill of lading,
manifest, export certificates, calculations) and participate post
loading meetings.
