1. How did you manage to teach
your students in this time of
pandemic?
2. • How did you manage to teach your students in this time of pandemic?
• Worldwide, family life has been disrupted by the coronavirus disease
(COVID-19) epidemic. There is a lot for parents to handle, including school
closings, working remotely, and physical distance.
• The Department of Education has ordered that all public schools in the
Philippines employ a modular system as their primary method of
instruction because we are located in remote locations, specifically in the
Dibabawon tribe. As a result, I am able to handle things in an open manner
and make it simple for my students to access the learning module. I control
them by providing with all of the options necessary in order for them to
actively participate in my learning action area.
3. • Did you integrate technology in teaching your students? If yes, how
often? And if your answer is no, then give your reason.
• In my situation, the platform for learning was merged with the
instructional technology. We also used online classes and modular
classes to implement blended learning at our institution.
4. • What social media platforms you are using to communicate with your
students? And why you chose it?
• An increasingly significant element of how we connect and communicate
on a daily basis is through social media and social networks, particularly
Facebook (Messenger) Group chats, Google Meet, Zoom, and others. For
contributing to our world and being creative, as well as for being in contact
and current, they are essential in a learning delivery mode.
•
• Do you still use the traditional way of giving activities? Why or why not?
• It combines traditional charitable initiatives with 21st-century ones, yes.
Since it is necessary and it aids the students in comparing the differences
between the old and modern modes of imparting knowledge or conducting
activities, I combine both of them.
5. • What are the necessary skills that a teacher should possess in dealing
with 21st Century Learners?
• Social networking is a popular choice among educators as a fantastic
way to increase one's personal network of learners and obtain
resources. Almost all students use social media on a daily basis in
some capacity. In my perception the necessary skills that a teacher
should possess in dealing with 21st century learners are the following;
critical thinking, communication skills and the technology skills and
digital literacy.
