Why Horses?
Horses are prey animals that are driven by an instinct to stay safe and avoid attacks from predators.
They are constantly and acutely aware of the emotional state, energy and intentions of other beings around them because they need to be for their own safety. This hypersensitivity is what makes horses amazing facilitators in sales, team and leadership coaching. They can sense the slightest shifts in energy, body language and intention and are so highly tuned that they can instantly discern the emotional state of a human being regardless of what that person might be projecting or saying.
The way they behave and respond to us, gives us a powerful new level of self awareness about who we REALLY are and how we’re showing up in our personal relationships and in our roles at work.

David, the CEO of a large activity centre, was feeling burnt out and frustrated that his team never
