1. Warehouse Continuous Improvements & Employee Management
• Re-organized the sanitation employee scheduling that resulted in a more efficient progress of the sanitation team.
• Reported and addressed all, worksite injuries to Vice President, HR, and Directors as occurred.
• Created the equipment numbering assignment policy for all ten sanitation employee which correlated with their individual
cleaning materials for the day. This encouraged tool accountability and reduced the equipment repairs and replacements
monthly.
• Promoted employees to Shift Supervisors and team leads while training and mentoring them how to be efficient within:
directing, communicating, and teaching/coaching employees to achieve new hourly quotas put in place by creating new
polies and procedures to keep up with customer demands.
• Built direct contact relationships with the CEO and supply chain to investigate advice and improve Customer Supply Chain
demand issues. This resulted in Satisfied Customers and a Sales increase of over 48%. This Change saved Total Life
Changes Inc. $1,800 per week resulting in a yearly savings of $93,600.
• Created a new product pick bin process approach to allow consistent flow of product to be available to workers as needed
and for safe use. This new re-racking system also allowed for a spot check method of inventory while allowing employees
to pick from the ground level A BIN, resulting in positive employee morale, employees felt safer, hourly quotas were met
and exceeded, and allowed customers to receive their product in four days from ordering opposed to 2 months of waiting.
• Collaborated with the IT department to alter the current software program after identifying an “OOTW” invoice recording
Quality issue. This integrity change resulted in more accurate customer pricing and customer satisfaction.
• Ordered and equipped each employee with all necessary tools allowing them to be successful at their current position(s).

KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
Re-organized order selector’s pick aisles in a 120,000 sq. foot department which improved the movement of product. Decreased the
number of damaged products and employee’s reportable injuries, which in turn also reduced wait times and ensured that all orders were
ready on time for transportation pick up and distribution.
Created a new policy that reduced waste by implementing a cardboard recycling program.
This saved the cost of empting the waste dumpsters daily and earned the company $1,072
weekly, which added up to a saving of over $55,744 yearly since 2010.
