responsible for developing classes for newly implemented software applications and programs.
Worked with configuration management and systems integration personnel to establish functional
software for customers use. Conducted baseline acceptance tests for software development.
Provided solutions and feedback to customers experiencing problems with
software applications. Wrote and developed training manuals for new and existing
computer-based classes. Completed Palantir training validation course, and participated in formal
Palantir training classes at HQ U.S. Special Operations Command.

modified command training plans, policies and procedures. Conducted education and training classes;
