Responsibilities as the Project QA Manager were to ensure that all written and approved project procedures and
codes were being implemented and executed. My responsibilities also extended to the coordination of all NDE
sub-contractors per project schedule as well as recording and retaining all documentation required by approved
project specifications. My scope of work also entailed creating a viable and extremely detailed Turn Over Package
for the client as well as my employer at the final stages of the project. It was also necessary for me to
communicate and interact on a daily basis with the client engineering team and client project management on
various issues including RFI’s, Red Line Drawings, Change Orders, and other concerns which may impact the
project schedule or NDE coordination.

systems to Sec. I, VIII, B31.1 & B31.3 Codes and to provide weld mapping and other documentation of work
completed, providing direct visual Inspection training techniques for structural, pipe, and boiler tube. Coordination
of all NDT was also in my scope of work. Additional duties also included oversight of VT, PT, MT, RT, UT and Air
Particle testing in Clean Room areas and on precision project components.
