self-motivate. Managing facilities, maintenance, construction projects, building forensics prognosis and solutions, electrical and electronic
systems installation though efficient workflow systems, strategic planning, planning principles and practices, information/production system
integration, and profile training methods. I also possess exceptional problem solving skills, knowledge of MRP, RFP, IFB, budget planning and
control. Additionally, I am accomplished in material take-off, grant management, and contract negotiations, laws, ordinances, rules, and
regulations; site planning and architectural design. Furthermore, I hold a strong construction background with 17 years of construction
management, plan design, bid proposal, contract administration, sub-contractor management, project planning, and have managed a staff/crew of

As Public Works Department Project Manager / Assistant Director. I was second in command of the public works department at the Soboba Band
of Luiseno Indians. Responsible for the overseeing of the day to day operations and maintenance of Soboba Springs Country Club, Golf course,
Soboba Casino, and all of the Reservations electrical, water, waste systems, HVAC systems construction projects, infrastructure, including roads,
sidewalks and storm drainage. I accomplish all of these tasks though budget control and waste management. This also includes contract
negotiations and contractor selection though above said process. This includes managing personal for task on hand for evaluations and
qualifications. I have saved the Tribe over $500,000 thousand dollars in the short time I was with them.
As Project Manager / Superintendent / Construction Foreman / Facilities Management for the Torres Martinez Desert Cahuilla Indians, I have
managed over 20 facilities expansion projects, notably is Tribal Hall expansion project, Elder Housing construction project, TANF
Administration Building construction project, and the Hemet Site TANF Program Expansion Project. All of these projects were preformed and
completed on time and within or under budget. In conjunction with these projects, I have also rebuilt and manage the Tribes electrical, water, and
waste systems, HVAC systems. Though budget control and waste management, I have saved the Tribe over $2.3 million dollar over the past four
plus years I was with them.
As Owner of American Building Connection (ABC), I constructed, refurbished, and/or repaired over 350+ projects; employing over 30+ field and
office employees and managed hundreds of sub-contractors. I have trained over 50+ field employees in all the phases of the construction industry,
11 of which have gone on to obtain their own license. ABC worked on all aspects of the construction industry; Commercial, Residential,
Industrial, and Governmental. This was no small feat given ABC’s humble beginnings of working out of my truck.
I worked for Hesperia Unified School District (HUSD) as a Computer/Network Repair Specialist. In this capacity, I was involved with setting up
and maintaining LAN/WAN computer networks and phone systems that connected 25 school sites encompassing 50 square miles, which included
managing 5 Administration Facility Sites, Maintenance, Transportation, Food Services, and Security. I also developed a training program and
trained 400+ end users saving the district approximately $665,000 thousand dollars in travel, lodging, and consultant fees. My time working for
HUSD has sharpened my problem solving skills.
My employment experience has focused my skills in material take-off from blue prints, estimating, contract negotiations, material purchase, as
well as contract and invoice administration. In addition, I have extensive knowledge of MRP, RFP, IFB, warehousing, procurement, and cost
management. These skills I believe are often keys in completing projects on time and within budget.
Complimentary with my work experience I am a USA Air Force veteran, last stationed at George Air Force Base, Victorville, CA. I held a
federally assigned TOP-SECRET / SCI V security clearance and received an Honorable Discharge from the U.S.A.F. in February 1990.

team building and I am experienced in project management, production development, and resource management.
