1. This presentation is an Investor Deck prepared for a Walhalla Capitals
Workshop held in Santigo in March 2019. It shows a case of use of our
proprietary technology applied to developments of banking and large
companies.
That same technology is the basis of our competitive advantage in the
payment automation platform offered through our subsidiary Total Fact. It
provides a unique ability to adjust the business logic of payment processes
to the needs of each particular company.

The first “Excel like” was a product called VisiCalc, invented more than 40
years ago. Hundreds and maybe thousands of products have tried to replace
Excel, without much success. The most recent and most attractive attempts
are CODA and Airtable, which have enjoyed very generous capital financing.
We consider them our current competition, but we have great differences:
for example, we complement Excel, on the other hand, they try to replace it.
