I started at the bottom, and worked my way through all the departments, which gave me a great
foundation for my future in the Food and Beverage Industry. I learnt to deal with both peers and
superiors, as well as clientele on a professional level.
3. BIOGRAPHY
I am extremely self-motivated and driven. I rely on my eye for detail and my pedantic need for service excellence to
get my goals achieved. I do not relate to complacency, lackluster management or negative people. I thrive on exciting
challenges that I can conquer from start to finish.
I have gained all of my knowledge of the industry from being diligent, attentive, hard working and fastidious. I have
learnt from mistakes and capitalized from years of experience gained thus far in the industry. I am well known by most
landlords within the Retail Industry and I have been involved in almost all the new developments in South Africa.
In my private time I am a family man with one son, and two awesome step children, whom I love to spend time with,
and thoroughly enjoy cooking a home cooked meal and garnering in my family’s company. I love all sport, having
commentated for a number of them and events, however I only play golf and go to the gym.
