3. CARDIOVASCULAR MACHINE -TREADMILL
• The treadmill is a machine that can be used as aerobic exercises or warm up before
doing strength training exercises .

6. CARDIOVASCULAR EXERCISE – RUNNING AND
JOGGING
• Running and Jogging are cardiovascular exercises
because they are aerobic exercise and any aerobic
exercise is any type of cardiovascular conditioning or
cardio.
• Cardiovascular exercise is important because it increases
cardiovascular function – making your heart beat faster ,
and your blood flow quicker , bringing oxygen to your
organs and limbs and also burning fat in the process.
10. UPPER BODY FLEXIBILITY EXERCISE
• Relax your shoulders
• Raise one arm to shoulder height, and reach it across your
chest
• Pull the arm slightly toward you with the other arm. This will
help you get a gentle stretch. Hold for about 6 seconds

Sit on your bum and open your legs, you can start with left or right.
