consist of an Email Continuity solution allowing users to maintain email operations
during Exchange server failures, email archiving, attachment stubbing, E-Discovery

Smart Phone browsers for Continuirty and Crisis Management and Alerting (Alertfind),
Continuity Apps for iPhone and Android. I achieved SME L2 status for EMS, Import

I was a designated L1 Team Lead for the North American support group until promotion
