EXPERIENCE
Operations Supervisor, Greenspoint & Cypress Service Centers, July 2013-Present
• July 2014-Feb 2015 served as interim Operations Manager at Cypress Service Center in the absence
of a permanent Operation’s Manager. During this time Cypress achieved an excellent safety
performances measured by Preventable Vehicle Accidents, Recordable Injuries, and Lost Time
Accidents.
• Completed CNP’s Leadership Academy. This program consisted of multiple personal mentoring
sessions with CNP Operation’s directors, trainer led courses, online courses, and meetings with CNP
executive leadership.
• Selected to provide review and revisions to CNP’s revised Safety Manual. This revision brought
CNP in line with the new OSHA 1910 standards
• Responsible for all self-contained meter, service restoration efforts, and crew scheduling at
Greenspoint service center, approximant meter count of 288,000.
• Responsible for all operational reliability issues and directives at Cypress service center,
approximant meter count of 152,000.
Crew Leader, Intelligent Grid Infrastructure, June 2010-June 2013
• Coordinated new technology development with interdepartmental groups that led to the creation of
the Intelligent Grid Switching Device (IGSD) construction specifications, work order design, and
logistic processes.
• Responsible for all aspects of IGSD construction on CNP distribution system.
• Produced and presented effective presentations to senior management.
• Developed scope and set expectations for MPT/NHPL installations of IGSDs and partnered with
these organizations to ensure timely and efficient compliance with construction expectations.

• Responsible for public and crew's safety using guidelines established in the CenterPoint Energy
Accident Prevention Manual and current OSHA standards.
• Responsible for planning and prioritizing work loads for construction and meter crews.
• Utilize SAP, RE-Viewer, and circuit GIS along with initiating switching and clearance orders.
• Develop procedural and training guidelines for the Mobile Data System and responsible for the
successful training and implementation of this program.
• Competitor on multiple Lineman Rodeo teams. Team member of 1st
place local and state rodeos.

• Crew member of team sent to Honduras to construct distribution infrastructure for Destino del

• Insured the safety of the public and crew-members.
• Was responsible for the construction and maintenance of 12kV and 35kV facilities on underground
and overhead distribution systems.
• Utilized URD van, Biddle, and Dynatel fault locators to locate, sectionalize, and repair URD faults.
